Head Men’s Lacrosse Club Coach
Job Description
This position oversees the growth and development of club sport student-athletes.
The position is responsible for communicating departmental and team rules and educating students regarding policies and procedures outlined in the club sports handbook.
This is a part-time position.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a competitive Club Men’s Lacrosse program.
Plan and attend all team practices, home and away contests.
Organize the team’s schedule with the Team E-board.
Work together to ensure a positive and collaborative team environment for all club members.
Facilitate purchases and coordination for team travel and expenses.
Additional duties to be determined by the Director of Campus Recreation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is strongly preferred.
Specialized Licenses
First Aid, CPR, AED training certification required or obtained upon employment.
Specific Skills:
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Compensation Range
In compliance with the New Jersey Wage Transparency Act, the hourly base range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00.
This range represents the University’s good faith estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Stevens Institute of Technology determines compensation based on factors including the position’s scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience, education, skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational considerations.
The final salary will be set considering departmental budget, qualifications, and relevant credentials.
This pay range represents base pay only and excludes additional forms of compensation, such as incentives, stipends, or other applicable pay components.
