To ensure the high performance and reliability our customers expect, we are expanding our Microgrid test engineering capabilities in Andover.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $147,000 - $167,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the Role

As a Microgrid System Test Engineer, you will validate real-world microgrid scenarios end-to-end across EMS, PMS, DERs (batteries, PV, gensets), and grid interfaces.

Working in our state-of-the-art Microgrid Lab, you will test control algorithms, system behavior, and customer use cases to deliver safe, robust, and high-quality solutions.

* Test and validate end-user scenarios of Schneider Electric's Microgrid solutions across EMS/EMA and PMS/EMO platforms using real devices, simulators, like OPAL RT or Speed Goat.
