Dublin Post Acute is seeking a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our dietary team.

This role is essential in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

* Prepare and portion food according to recipes and dietary guidelines


* Assist with meal service for residents


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas


* Follow food safety and infection control standards


* Work closely with dietary staff and nursing team

🎯 Qualifications


* Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe preferred)


* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
