What you will do

As a Customer Supply Chain Co-Op, you will collaborate with both customers and internal supply chain teams to help optimize the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on network cost and service.

Your role will involve conducting detailed analyses of product flow and identifying supply chain opportunities using advanced systems and process excellence tools.

You will assist in implementing process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and help customers achieve organizational metrics and goals.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and build key business relationships to gain insights into customer expectations and internal policies/capabilities, assisting in the proactive management of business needs.


* Support the identification, planning, and execution of end-to-end solutions that enhance service, reduce costs, and introduce new capabilities.


* Analyze customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network products to recommend modifications for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies.


* Contribute to process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and performance dashboard metrics.


* Participate in the design and execution of customer-specific supply chain joint business planning and Retail Customer Logistics' strategic tactics, enhancing our mission of being a best-in-class customer-facing supply chain organization.


* Assist in resolving discrepancies related to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
