J.P. Morgan Advisors - Client Associate - Offboarding/Client Service Team

The Client Service team wants you as a Client Associate! By joining J.P.

Morgan Wealth Management, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate customer obsessed behaviors when assisting J.P.Morgan Advisors' clients, and Middle Office partners.

Responsibilities:


* Position involves extensive client contact (through both email and phone calls).

Individual will be involved in all activities that touch existing clients only.


* Collaborate with both front office and operation teams to complete client and business-related requests.


* Receives orders from clients in diverse products; includes mastering product-specific applications, ensuring completion of necessary documentation.


* Perform account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, restrictions, etc.


* Send notifications and action overdraft items for all JPMA deposit accounts.


* Assists and manages ad-hoc projects and reporting.


* Includes frequent exposure to various management teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required


* Series 7 & 66 licenses strongly preferred - must successfully obtain within 180 days from start


* Proven ability to work independently and competently handle multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 2-3 years of Client Service experience, and ability to work on complex issues


* Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
