As a Product Manager - Vice President in Wholesale Credit Risk, you will partner with stakeholders and technology teams to build and enhance core platform components.

You will translate user needs into a prioritized roadmap, define measurable success metrics, and guide delivery through an Agile/Scrum model.

You will influence technical approaches, ensure high-quality releases, and drive continuous service improvement through effective governance and feedback loops.

Job responsibilities


* Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and industry trends


* Collaborate with architects and technologists to influence solution design, integrations, and delivery approach


* Define product strategy, vision, and a prioritized roadmap of enhancements and new capabilities


* Lead discovery and research to identify customer problems and translate insights into product opportunities


* Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align teams on "what good looks like"


* Establish product success metrics and analyze performance to inform prioritization and iteration


* Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive execution to deliver timely, high-quality releases


* Deliver product demos and run product reviews to capture feedback and improve outcomes


* Coordinate release management activities and ensure issues are tracked, prioritized, and remediated quickly


* Validate features meet specifications through testing support, stakeholder reviews, and readiness checks


* Conduct governance reviews and implement a plan for continuous service improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field


* 7+ years of product management, product development, or closely related experience


* Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering or similar transformation work


* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials


* Proven ability to lead through influence, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines


* Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional partnerships
