The Project Coordinator is responsible for writing quotes for new work.

Shift/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5

What you'll do:


* Provide exceptional customer service


* Write, process and send quotes for testing services


* Follow up on quotes until they are resolved


* Initiate project coordination with the lab upon receipt of signed proposal


* Request additional documentation as needed (e.g.

drawings, PO, installation details, material handling/curing requirements, etc.)


* Works collaboratively with others internally to develop quotes


* Performs other work as required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED required


* Minimum 3 years' experience directly related with customer service and/or sales


* Computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Pro



* Strong customer service and communication skills (written and oral)


* Must be technically competent to understand and communicate test procedures, specifications, and results


* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities


* Competence in math, science and critical thinking skills, able to identify and question illogical scenarios
