Engineer - IT Infrastructure

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support and contribute to multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Identify potential issues within infrastructure environments and take proactive corrective actions.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including diagrams, workflows, implementation guides, and lessons-learned reports.
- Provide technical support for site startups, expansions, relocations, and decommissions.
- Deliver and support audiovisual (AV) solutions for training rooms and conference spaces.
- Assist in developing scopes for internal RFPs and infrastructure project bids.
- Create training materials and deliver guidance on new and existing technologies.
- Assist with recycling and decommissioning hardware and ensure IT asset inventory (ITAM) records remain accurate.
- Participate in technology refresh cycles, including configuration and deployment of desktops, laptops, monitors, UPS devices, and related equipment.
- Design, configure, implement, and support new technologies within the infrastructure environment.
- Contribute to key deliverables related to servers, networking, storage, cloud, and security systems.
- Travel to company sites to coordinate with vendors, install or remove technology, and conduct walkthroughs, assessments, and site surveys as required.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
