* Analyze and support Customer Logistics operations to ensure effective service execution and performance.


* Monitor logistics and service KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.


* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial, Operations) to support end‑to‑end customer solutions.


* Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support operational and business decision‑making.


* Support the identification of root causes for service or logistics issues and contribute to corrective actions.


* Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.


* Act as a point of support for senior analysts and managers, contributing insights and recommendations based on data.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.


* Experience in Customer Logistics, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related analytical/operational role.


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).


* Experience working with KPIs, reports, and basic performance analysis.


* Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and collaborative environments.


* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); must be comfortable handling client calls and problem‑solving in English.
