Finance & Business Management - Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities:


* Closely partner across teams to drive business analytics and support Business Management activities aligned to CFO for CCB Operations/Real Estate/Staff Functions Finance team


* Translate business demands to technical requirement and collaborate with analytics team


* Interact with business leaders and business managers to create executive presentations


* Serve as product owner for Business Intelligence tools supporting Total CCB Workforce, CCB Operations, and CCB Real Estate


* Drive and manage book of work supporting new Business Intelligence tool build, partnering closely with dedicated Data & Analytics


* Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to ad-hoc requests

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:


* Strong problem solver with excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and technical skills


* 3+ years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm in one or a combination of the following areas: corporate finance, treasury, data analytics, or quantitative modeling


* Able to communicate effectively with a variety of technical peers including data and business intelligence development team


* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field

Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:


* Proficiency in CCB-wide Essbase data and Workforce Data Product


* Proficiency with SQL in Databricks


* Proficiency in PitchPro creating execute presentations focused on storytelling, driving insights


* Intermediate knowledge in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Sigma)


* Preference to those with experience dealing with large scale data projects
