HR AI Solutions Analyst

The HR AI Solution Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and operational excellence of Jo-Virtual Assistant, from testing through production monitoring.

In parallel, this role also contributes part-time to product ownership activities for other AI initiatives, supporting their discovery and delivery.

The role acts as a bridge between business, AI Hub, engineering, and stakeholders-leading QA, UAT, and post-production validation for Jo, while also supporting broader AI product roadmaps through requirements shaping, testing, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Quality Assurance (QA) & Test Management


* User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Management


* Bug & Issue Management


* Production Monitoring & Continuous Validation


* Support Product ownership activities for selected AI initiatives beyond Jo-VA, in collaboration with Capability Leaders and Schneider Digital: requirement definition, feasibility assessment, testing

Required Skills & Experience:


* Experience in QA, UAT, or product analysis for digital or AI-driven products.


* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.


* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


* Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-changing AI environment.


* Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
