AutoZone's Commercial Digital Experience team is the engine behind how professional repair shops interact, order, and grow with us.
We design and deliver the digital tools that power our B2B customers-from online ordering to mobile apps to integrated shop management systems.

Role at a Glance
As the Director of Commercial Ecommerce (Digital Experience), you'll own the full digital lifecycle for AutoZone's Commercial customers.
You'll guide the vision, roadmap, and execution for AutoZonePro's desktop and mobile platforms, 3rd - party integrations, onboarding experiences, and digital adoption strategies.
You ' ll collaborate closely with IT, National Accounts, Commercial Marketing, and Pricing to ensure our digital tools not only meet customer needs but also drive measurable revenue growth.
This is a high - visibility, high - impact role leading a team of managers and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
You ' ll blend product leadership, operational excellence, and customer - centric thinking to elevate the digital experience for thousands of professional shops nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of managers overseeing all facets of the Commercial (B2B) digital ecosystem.
* Own the strategy and performance of AutoZonePro's desktop and mobile platforms, including search, user experience, account management, commerce, and checkout.
* Oversee 3rd - party ordering systems, shop management integrations, and customer onboarding processes.
* Partner with field sales teams to build and execute digital adoption strategies and go - to - market tactics.
* Set clear, comprehensive goals for team performance and sales impact.
* Manage feature development, enhancements, and system improvements using Agile methodologies.
* Collaborate cross - functionally to ensure alignment with IT, National Accounts, Marketing, and Pricing.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
* 10 + years of management or executive experience, including at least 5 years leading ecommerce or digital business teams.
* Proven success building and scaling profitable ecommerce platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high - performing teams.
* Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem - solving abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
* Sound judgment and the ability to make timely, data - driven decisions.
