The Role: Services Quotation Engineer - Thai-Speaking

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Quotation Engineer - Thai-Speaking in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible in preparing service quotations and commercial proposals for our Thailand market.

This role is designed to focus more on quotation coordination, commercial accuracy, and customer communication, with technical complexity supported by internal engineering or service teams.

What will you do?

• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender specifications for Field Service activities

• Identify cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements (both explicit and implied)

• Collaborate with local and overseas internal stakeholders

• Prepare costing sheets to show the cost and margin of offers, ensuring minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels

• Prepare high-quality quotations that define the technical solution proposed, whilst mitigating technical and commercial risks

• Process order booking

• Preparation of technically accurate quotations focused on SP,PS,IND,PP,DP solutions in accordance with project specifications and schematic diagrams.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations regarding quotation delivery times, and knowledge of industry requirements.

• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy of technical solution

• Identify appropriate Schneider technical solution

• Use Schneider quoting tools to configure and price selected solution

• Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines

• Conduct tender follow-up, negotiations and training within the team.

• Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction

Who would be successful?

• A Bachelor's degree (Engineering-related fields are an advantage but not mandatory)

• Previous experience in submission of tenders and preparing quotations

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
