Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Mountain View Post Acute, Ellensburg, WA

Salary: Varies on experience $22.50 - $28.13 with shift differentials on specific shifts

Day Shift (6AM-2PM)

Evening Shift (2PM - 10PM)

NOC Shift (10P-6A)

As a CNA at our facility, you will play a key role in the care and comfort of our residents and serve our local community.

Job Duties :



* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.


* Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and assist with documentation.


* Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury.


* Ensure residents' rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable.


* Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions and companionship.


* Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to implement care plans and provide optimal care.


* Assist in administering medications as directed and under the supervision of nursing staff.


* Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:



* Current CNA certification in Washington State is required .


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.


* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.


* Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and assist with patient mobility.


* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.


* CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
