RN - Part Time

Position Summary:
Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC).

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:


* Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff


* Provide support and education to patients and their families


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications:


* Current and active RN license in the state of California


* Strong clinical and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


* Ability to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, NOC)


* Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
