About You

The Inhouse Bank Operations (IHBO) is critical to managing Kimberly-Clark’s global liquidity, repatriation activities and the currency exposures created by these activities.

This role will involve prominence and advancement of polices and internal controls as well as ensuring the IHBO’s compliance with external regulations.

The role will own the intercompany loan documentation and maintenance in the Treasury Management System.

It will also require close cooperation with internal counterparties as well as external counterparty banks.

In addition, this role will support general back office activities to support front office cash management and currency trading activities.

This is 12 months' Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities


* Confirmations and settlements of cash management and currency risk management activities (FX contracts, time deposits) as well as manual payments


* Administration of the intercompany loan portfolio in collaboration with Corporate Treasury and the Tax team


* Maintaining loans records in the treasury management system (TMS)


* Ensure compliance with external regulations (EMIR, FBAR, etc.) including gathering and reporting of data necessary for compliance


* Bank administration and user administration


* Monthly netting – processing intercompany payments


* Liaison with external and internal auditors to respond to queries during audits


* Conduct month-end valuation of In-House Bank derivative portfolio and other reports as necessary


* Ensure IHB SOPs remain current as processes change


* Provide support to general back-office activities as needed
