Position Title: Manager - New Product Industrialization

Education: B.Tech ( Electronics) with 5 - 8 years of experience in DFM + FMEA + LabVIEW + PLC + SQL

Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

PCBA Assembly & Process Engineering

PCBA Assembly Process Ownership:

Define, implement, and optimize PCBA assembly processes including SMT, THT, reflow soldering, wave soldering, and selective soldering to meet quality, cost, and throughput targets.

DFM / DFA & Manufacturing Support:

Review PCB designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), collaborate with design teams to resolve layout, footprint, and solderability issues before production release.

Production, Yield & Quality Improvement:

Analyze assembly defects (solder bridges, tombstoning, insufficient solder, component misalignment), drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve FPY and reduce rework.

Create LabVIEW applications for data acquisition, instrument control, and automation.

Design and develop electrical panels, including schematics and component selection.

Test and debug LabVIEW code and electrical panels to ensure functionality and performance.

Implement error handling and corrective actions for both software and hardware components.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LabVIEW applications and electrical panels with other system components.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure seamless integration.

Maintain detailed documentation of LabVIEW projects and electrical panel designs, including block diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

Ensure documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to team members.

Conduct safety analyses and audits to ensure LabVIEW applications and electrical panels comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Perform regular audits to verify compliance and implement necessary safety measures.
