Position Title: Senior Manager - Manufacturing Automation and Digitalization

Education: B.E/ B.Tech - Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics with 8 - 10 years of experience.

Location: Vadodara

Key Deliverables:

Expert level in Programming & Troubleshooting of LabVIEW Based Application and SQL

Programming & Troubleshooting of Vision Systems (Smart Camera)

Development of Troubleshooting of PLC Programs

Explore new technologies in Vision, AMR & Robots

Resolution of Customer complaints (Inside Production)

Maintain Revision of all programs & document of systems

Poke-Yoke / Improvements in the existing systems as per CFT requirement

DFMEA, PFMEA, MFMEA, Create Fish bone, Why-Why & RCA for issue resolution of systems

Management of Team projects, vendor discussion & department KPI

Providing support to manufacturing lines in all 3 shifts for troubleshooting
Functional Competencies:

SQL & Labview Programming

Vision (Smart Cameras) and PLC Programming
