Services Channel Sales Engineer

Role Overview

The Services Channel Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, enabling, and driving revenue growth through a network of service partners.

The role combines technical expertise, channel development, and consultative sales to position advanced service offerings including recurring, digital services, sustainability, energy efficiency, and lifecycle solutions.

Key Responsibilities


* Achieve annual services orders and growth targets for the list of end users assigned to your partners' portfolio


* Sell with and through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales team


* Train partners to promote & sell our offers & manage the development of partners' technical skills


* Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified service partners across different domains


* Build and execute partner business plans aligned with regional and global channel strategies


* Develop long-term relationships with key partners to ensure sustainable growth and loyalty


* Identify installed base opportunities and convert them into recurring service revenue


* Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and service delivery quality


* Drive services revenue through partners


* Achieve assigned sales targets


* Support partners in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and closing deals


* Assist in solution design, scope definition, and value engineering and support complex bids, tenders, and customer presentations


* Support partners in developing service capabilities and digital adoption


* Driving digital transformation through partners


* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create joint campaigns and identify new market opportunities and service offerings


* Support partners in engaging end customers


* Promote value-based selling and Influence specifications and service contracts early in project lifecycle.



* Qualifications & Experience


*
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field
+ 0-3 years in technical sales, services sales, or channel management


* Core Skills
+ Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
+ Consultative and solution selling approach
+ Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
+ Stakeholder management across multiple levels
+ Leadership without authority (influencing partners)
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
