* Supporting customers with daily tasks


* Customer group – working to support those with a history of homelessness and at risk of rough sleeping.


* Encouraging independence and celebrating wins


* Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first


* Working collaboratively to empower our customers

You have


* Passion to support our customers to live their best lives


* Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally


* The ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure


* Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs 


* A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits


* Working a rota pattern which consists of primarily late shifts and weekends.


* Ability to manage own diary


* Based at our Rushmoor Social Inclusion service in Aldershot


* We do get together regularly for training and team meetings


* You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)


* Great progression opportunities once in Home Group
