What you?ll do


* Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support


* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads


* Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments


* Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers


* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have


* Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting


* Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support preferred, but not essential 


* The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach

The practical bits


* The role requires weekend working (usually every other) and a mixture off early and late shifts.

Usually, 09.00-17.00 and 14.00-22.00.


* You will be working 37.5 hours per week on a two week rolling rota.

As this is a front facing role you will be based on site.


* You will need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay) 


* Buller Court in Farnborough is a mental health support service, supporting individuals with Mental health needs, learning disabilities, substance misuse and autism in their own homes and in the community.
