On-Call Banquet Staff are responsible for event setup, service, and breakdown while delivering attentive hospitality.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a stunning setting.

Key Responsibilities


* Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, chairs, décor)


* Provide professional food and beverage service during events


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces


* Assist with buffet setups, plated service, and beverage stations


* Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently and discreetly


* Break down event spaces and return equipment to proper storage


* Deliver exceptional guest service with a polished and professional demeanor


* Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications


* Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred


* Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset


* Professional appearance and positive attitude


* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs


* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
