Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for strong, compassionate RN Supervisors to join our leadership team! We have one AM shift and one PM shift available, offering a great opportunity to step into a key role where your clinical expertise and leadership truly make a difference.

What You'll Do:


* Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff


* Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations


* Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes


* Mentor and guide staff to maintain a positive, team-focused environment


* Assist with admissions, assessments, and care planning

What We're Looking For:


* Active California RN license


* Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred


* Strong clinical and organizational skills


* Ability to lead with confidence, compassion, and accountability


* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
