Participate in daily operations of the facility under the guidance of the Executive Director.

Develop leadership skills to effectively manage department heads and staff.

Assist in planning, organizing, and directing all departments within the facility.

Promote a positive work environment and strong team culture.

Assist in managing the facility budget, including labor and operational expenses.

Learn financial reporting, billing process, and cost control measures.

Support census development and occupancy goals.

Learn and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state and federal guidelines.

Assist with survey preparedness and participate in inspections and audits.

Understand and implement facility policies and procedures.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, Strong problem solving and decision-making decisions.

May require long hours, including evenings, and weekends.

on call responsibilities as needed.

Frequents

interactions with residents, families, and staff.
