🩺 CNA Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, high-quality resident care


* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety


* Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members


* Accurately document care and report changes in condition

✅ CNA Requirements


* Active California CNA certification


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented


* Strong commitment to resident-centered care


* Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing/post-acute setting


* SNF experience preferred , but not required
