Job responsibilities


* Design, build, and maintain automated reporting solutions, interactive dashboards, and data transformation workflows that provide leadership and stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.


* Participate in stakeholder management, fostering productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes


* Assist in risk management by making informed decisions in line with the firm's risk management practices and policies, ensuring project success and compliance


* Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting deliverables, identifying and resolving discrepancies before they reach stakeholders.


* Partner with software engineering and application development teams to coordinate delivery, define priorities, track progress, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.


* Communicate project status, reporting insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences, tailoring messaging and format appropriately.


* Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability of reporting and automation capabilities.

Source data from various systems of record through database connections, APIs, file inputs, and other means, researching firm documentation and technical references to understand connectivity options and data structures.


* Identify and automate manual processes and tasks across the organization, reducing operational overhead and improving efficiency for partner teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs


* Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks
