Job Responsibilities



* Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions, working directly with engineering teams and writing production-quality code as needed.


* Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding best practices in architecture, design, and implementation.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and security best practices.


* Identify and resolve technical challenges, proactively addressing dependencies and integration points with other teams and platforms.


* Drive adoption of automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies to improve delivery speed and reliability.


* Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and implementation of public blockchain technologies and protocols.


* Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience


* Strong experience designing and building technology solutions, with a focus on hands-on architecture and implementation.


* Proficient in automation, CI/CD, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.


* Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.


* Practical experience with cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).


* Demonstrated experience working with public blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, etc.).


* In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Experience working at the code level (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or similar languages).


* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.


* Experience integrating blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.
