Position Details


* Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)


* Location: San Jose / Bay Area


* Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN


* Pay Range: $45-$50+ per hour (DOE)


* New Graduates: Encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction


* Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements


* Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility


* Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning


* Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment
