About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst I to join our team.

In this role, you will perform laboratory testing in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards under the guidance of a Study Director.

You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, sample traceability, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Operations


* Perform laboratory testing (GLP and non-GLP) from start to finish under supervision


* Ensure all testing follows approved procedures (SOPs, STPs, and related protocols)


* Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all test data


* Track and maintain sample traceability throughout testing


* Order laboratory supplies and media as needed

Quality & Compliance


* Adhere to regulatory standards including GLP, GMP, ISO, and internal policies


* Identify, document, and collaborate on quality events (e.g., deviations, unexpected results)


* Notify the Study Director of any issues during testing


* Assist with reviewing and maintaining controlled documents


* Complete all required training on time

General Responsibilities


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


* Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance


* Support team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts


* Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:


* High School Diploma or equivalent


* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)

Preferred:


* Associate degree in a scientific field or equivalent coursework (2+ years higher education)


* Bachelor’s degree (science-related preferred)


* 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience
