Job Summary

The Project Manager – Construction is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will collaborate with owners, developers, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution



* Lead construction project management from pre-construction through closeout


* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines


* Coordinate all phases of commercial, multifamily, and hotel construction projects


* Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements

Vendor & Subcontractor Management



* Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and scopes of work


* Issue and track purchase orders and contracts


* Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners

Financial Oversight



* Prepare and manage project estimates and budgets


* Track project costs, forecasts, and change orders


* Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies

Site & Quality Management



* Conduct job site visits to monitor quality, productivity, and safety


* Ensure adherence to construction schedules and milestones


* Coordinate punch lists and project closeout activities

Compliance & Reporting



* Research and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations


* Obtain permits and Certificates of Occupancy


* Prepare project status reports for internal leadership and stakeholders

Leadership & Collaboration



* Lead meetings with owners, investors, and project teams


* Promote a safe, compliant, and productive work environment


* Step into on-site leadership (Superintendent role) when needed
