Position Overview:
Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Weekend Warrior Supervisor.

This full-time role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting both residents and staff during weekend night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise and support nursing staff throughout weekend night shifts


* Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care is consistently delivered


* Respond promptly to resident and staff needs


* Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments effectively


* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies


* Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and leadership


* Manage emergencies and make sound clinical decisions


* Complete all assigned duties accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:


* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)


* Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
