Specialist, Finance Operations Master Data Admin, Chase Travel
As a Master Data Administrator in Chase Travel , you will ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of critical business data (customers, products, vendors) across enterprise systems.
You will create, update, and govern these records in various internal tools, maintaining data standards to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
* Data Maintenance: Creating and updating master data records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Data Quality Assurance: Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
* Governance & Compliance: Implementing data governance policies and standards to ensure data integrity.
* System Liaison: Acting as the bridge between business users, IT, and technical teams for VMS, CRM, CCAM and Travcom systems.
* Support & Documentation: Managing requests for new data and maintaining documentation on data processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with working with big data.
* Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail for data validation and cleansing.
* Communication: Ability to collaborate across departments such as Finance, HR, and Product.
* Process Improvement:Ability to identify and improve data management workflows.
* Possess an eye for detail and honed organizational skills
* Demonstrated initiative, works well under pressure, highly detail oriented, self-motivated with the ability to follow through.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 Plus years of experience within the travel industry.
* Experience with Travcom, Sabre, and Apollo, Amadeus and is a plus.
