What Your Impact Is
* Lead wetland delineations and protected species assessments for high-profile, multi-state projects.
* Develop technical reports, regulatory documentation, and compliance strategies that shape renewable energy and infrastructure development.
* Partner with ERM Project Managers and technical leaders to craft innovative, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
* Influence environmental permitting outcomes and contribute to impact assessments that guide critical industry decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Required
* Minnesota Wetland Professional Certification Program (Certified Wetland Professional).
* Education: BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related discipline (minimum 3.0 GPA) or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 3+ years (5+ strongly preferred) in environmental consulting or related discipline.
* Technical Skills:
+ Wetland delineations using the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements.
+ Plant identification, soil sampling, hydric soils, and hydrology indicators.
+ Strong data management and technical report writing capabilities.
* Other Requirements:
+ Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
+ Willingness to travel up to 75%.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of dynamic, cross‑functional teams.
+ This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

* Professional Wetland Certificate (nationwide) and Assure Delineator (Wisconsin).
