Analytics Solution Manager - Vice President
Analytics Solution Manager is focused on the implementation of production tools and processing activities, including any adjustments, reconciliations, and data validations.
As an Analytics Solution Manager in the Finance Analytics team, you will own the product lifecycle for Finance analytics solutions-from discovery and requirements to release, enablement, and ongoing optimization-ensuring clear success metrics and ROI are defined and met.
Job responsibilities:
* Own the product lifecycle for Finance analytics solutions-from discovery and requirements to release, enablement, and ongoing optimization-ensuring clear success metrics and ROI are defined and met
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tech, and Operations) to prioritize a transparent roadmap, align stakeholders, and sequence deliverables for fast, incremental value
* Optimize data delivery processes and pipelines in partnership with Engineering, improving reliability, reducing latency, and enhancing data quality and governance
* Define and communicate product strategy, milestones, and change plans, proactively managing dependencies and risks across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases
* Champion data literacy by creating enablement materials, training curricula, and usage playbooks that embed analytics into Finance workflows and drive adoption
* Establish robust operating practices-semantic layer governance, documentation standards, model/metric stewardship, and monitoring-to make analytics trustworthy and reusable
* Measure and communicate impact through usage analytics, stakeholder feedback, and performance KPIs; iterate based on insights to maximize outcomes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* 7+ years experience leading analytics/data product delivery in Finance or adjacent domains (e.g., FP&A, reporting, forecasting, cost optimization).
* Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable data solutions with clear value hypotheses, success metrics, and adoption plans
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of cross-functional alignment and change management.
* Comfort with agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and dependency management across multiple squads.
* Proven track record of large scale problem solving
* Strong Microsoft Office experience
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure
* Able to develop, clearly present, and draw conclusions
