Karcher Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) to join our team.

Compensation:


* $30-$45 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training and educational programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and deliver staff orientation and ongoing education programs


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company training requirements


* Maintain accurate training records and documentation


* Support infection control education and competency validation


* Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve staff performance


* Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:


* Active LPN license in good standing


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Passion for teaching, mentoring, and staff development


* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care
