Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding support to dealers and consumers through phone, email, and administrative assistance.

This role requires accurate order entry, timely responses to inquiries, and efficient handling of day-to-day tasks that support overall business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



* Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into company ERP


* Review orders for completeness, accuracy, pricing, and required documentation


* Answer incoming calls professionally and direct calls as needed


* Respond promptly and courteously to customer emails


* Provide product, order status, and service information to customers


* Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner


* Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Accounting to address customer needs


* Maintain accurate customer records and account information


* Scan, file, and organize documents electronically and physically


* Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Degree: N/A

Years of experience: 3 preferred.

Technical Skills: Experience with an ERP preferred.

Work Conditions: This job operates in a manufacturing office environment with some exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, fumes, oil, or other outdoor elements.

This role requires regular computer use, and sitting for extended periods of time with lifting up to 10 lbs.
