What You Will Do
* Safety and Compliance: Cultivate a culture of safety, prioritizing risk identification and personal ownership to achieve zero Notices of Violation (NOV's).
* Reliability Leadership: Oversee reliability processes, remove operational obstacles, and enhance plant reliability through technical guidance on maintenance best practices.
* Strategic Planning: Develop 1-year and 3-year Reliability Tactical Plans, focusing on improving equipment availability and implementing world-class reliability practices.
* Project Involvement: Collaborate with Capital and Project Engineering teams to integrate Design for Reliability into new equipment installations and upgrades.
* Maintenance Optimization: Support the development of forward-looking equipment replacement plans and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) strategies.
* Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and align resources to achieve plant performance goals.
* Talent Management: Foster a culture of learning, coaching, and employee development to strengthen the technical capabilities within the team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Proven experience in Plant/Operations Management within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in reliability driven programs (preventative, predictive, and precision maintenance, and lubrication etc.)
* Understanding and improving electrical reliability
* Expertise in executing reliability/maintenance processes and driving standardization and expectations.
* Demonstrated experience in building & leading high performing reliability and maintenance teams
* Prior involvement in leading continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Willing and able to travel up to 50-75%
What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
* CMRP certification or similar certification.
* Experience in corrugated manufacturing.
