Responsibilities:



* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans



* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed



* Monitor and document patient conditions and progress



* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes



* Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:



* Current, active LVN/LPN license in the state of Washington



* Strong clinical and communication skills



* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
