Position Summary:

This position serves as the product owner of CorpTax and provides financial administrative support for SAP S4 Hana.

Ideal candidates will show the ability to blend system administration with tax/accounting knowledge, focusing on transactional and reporting efficiencies.

As product owner of CorpTax, the position will help drive vision and strategy, support updates and changes, and ensure effective usage.

Additionally, S4 Hana support includes certain master data maintenance, accurate data interfaces and internal control support.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.

• Position reports to the Director - Global Financial Systems

CorpTax product owner

• Partner with the internal Tax group on product usage vision and strategy

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including internal and external users, external CorpTax support, and business leaders

• Make informed decisions on product features and updates; act as internal change leader, partnering with external CorpTax support on updates and changes when required

• Accountable for the efficient usage of CorpTax, providing training and support to internal users as needed; troubleshoot system issues

• Administer user access and permissions

• Support data integration between CorpTax and accounting ERPs and OneStream Consolidation platform

SAP S4 Hana administrative support

• Support financial master data updates including chart of accounts changes and cost center maintenance

• Partner with OneStream administration team to ensure accurate and timely monthly interface from S4 Hana to OneStream

• Work with S4 Hana security team to ensure finance roles appropriately meet segregation of duties requirements

• Support data extracts for internal control reviews

• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures.

This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.

• Working knowledge of CorpTax and SAP software, including underlying modules.
