You will play a pivotal role in executing product strategy, launch, and lifecycle management, driving innovation and ensuring interoperability with industry exchange, clearing, and settlement systems.

Job responsibilities


* Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payments platform projects, from strategy and scoping through execution, launch, and post-implementation analysis.


* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structures to ensure transparency and accountability.


* Lead cross-functional teams including product, technology, operations, and others to deliver platform solutions that meet business and client needs.


* Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.


* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to align on goals, resolve issues, and drive project success.


* Work closely with engineering and product leads to drive strategic direction, ensure alignment, and deliver on business objectives.


* Partner with product owners, engineers, and architects to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration and interoperability across platforms and APIs.


* Establish and maintain robust governance structures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and industry standards for payments platforms.


* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, driving remediation to closure.


* Prepare and present executive-level updates, status reports, and dashboards to senior management and key stakeholders.
