What you will do

The Brand Manager will lead the US strategic portfolio management of Pain Complementary Care (Externals & Sleep) business.

In this capacity, they will be responsible for leading the portfolio architecture, performance and measurement process across the category/competitive landscape and overall integrated business planning process for our Kenvue Externals & Sleep brands: TYLENOL® Precise, BENGAY®, TYLENOL® PM, MOTRIN® PM, and Simply Sleep.

This person will play a critical role in driving success for product launch activation and measurement.

They will be an integral part of activating our US 3-year operating model and work closely with our cross-functional team.

Looking for a highly strategic, analytical leader to be part of the Pain Care leadership team and elevate our portfolio and growth strategy to new heights.

Key Responsibilities


* Deep understanding of the category and competitive landscape to best share our portfolio strategy across long-term horizon.


* Can develop, lead, and execute strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the Franchise, including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.


* Achieves sales, consumption, and share objectives for the Franchise


* Can guide the development of current and/or future forecast for all brands within the Franchise and updates throughout the year.


* Partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Business Intelligence, Sales, Operations to achieve brand / business outcomes.


* Creates a high-performance culture that instills integrity, creativity, teamwork, insight and excellence throughout the marketing organization.


* Manage people and support their professional development.


* Ability to manage a complex portfolio.
