Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based

Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 pa, pro-rata) plus £50 per sleep in shift 

Permanent, Part time (20 hpw)

You have


* Level 2 in social care (or willing to work towards it).


* Passionate about helping customers live their best life.


* Experience caring for others (in work, family, or personal life).


* Able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and remain resilient.


* Flexible, person-centred approach, recognising every customer is unique.

What you?ll do


* Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals.


* Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.


* Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college or work.


* Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.


* Complete risk assessments, support plans, goals, and reviews.


* Time for chats, building relationships, and working closely with colleagues. 

The practical bits


* Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork


* You?ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. 


* You will be supported every step of the way, whatever your shift.


* You?ll work in Gainford House, Hartlepool
