* Must have a minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.


* Must be familiar with a variety of manufacturing processes.


* Strong leadership and communication skills.


* Demonstrated commitment to employee involvement, participative management, and continuous improvement.


* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
