Liquidity & Account Solutions- Funds Control Product Delivery Manager - Vice President
Drive end-to-end product delivery across funds controls and the payments lifecycle, leading change readiness, release execution, and continuous improvement to launch high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
As a Funds Control Product Delivery Manager in Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS), you will act as E2E Program governance lead to enhance and optimize firm's Funds Control process.
You will work across Product, Technology, Operations , CS&I and cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and drive execution of a GT significant , multi - year complex global transformation program .
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong Project/Program management skills along with excellent stakeholder management across all levels and cross functional collaboration.

Job responsibilities
* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
* Establish Program governance and drive execution on key delivery tasks
* Identifies blockers and other impediments and manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
* Leads Project Working groups across functional areas to track execution, create/Maintain Project plans, RAID etc,
* Communicates project status and challenges to senior management and stakeholders
* Leads process re-engineering to manage change and identify efficiencies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product delivery or a relevant domain
* Knowledge of Funds Controls and the payments lifecycle
* Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities (incl.
"Ready to Launch")
* Strong delivery mindset with a track record of continuous improvement implementation
* Experience managing product/platform releases, including deployment processes and strategic planning
* Demonstrated strength in project and change management
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills
* History of delivering projects across multiple functional teams
* Experience documenting new processes and securing stakeholder alignment/approval
* Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
