Your Role & Responsibilities


* Provide attentive, personalized care by observing and reporting residents' needs and conditions


* Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily requests in a friendly manner


* Support nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Assist with meal service to ensure residents receive proper nutrition and an enjoyable dining experience


* Act as a key communicator, reporting important updates to the clinical team to maintain resident safety
