Position Summary

Loma Linda Assisted Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technician to support the health and well-being of our residents.

This role is responsible for the safe administration of medications and providing compassionate support in a warm, resident-centered assisted living environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Administer medications to residents in compliance with state regulations and facility policies


* Observe, document, and report residents' responses to medications and any changes in condition


* Maintain accurate medication records and documentation


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed


* Communicate effectively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership


* Ensure medication carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and secure


* Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications


* Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations)


* Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
