Job Title: On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Delta View Post Acute
Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour

Position Overview
Delta View Post Acute is seeking a skilled and responsive Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on an on-call basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who thrives in a flexible environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care.

As an on-call RN, you will provide clinical oversight, support the nursing team, and ensure continuity of care during staffing gaps.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments


* Serve as a clinical resource and leader for LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)


* Respond to call-offs and staffing needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


* Assess changes in resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions


* Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies


* Complete accurate and timely documentation, including care plans and incident reports

Qualifications


* Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills


* Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Reliable and able to respond to shifts on short notice
