Job Title: On-Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Position Overview
Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dependable and flexible Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on an on-call basis.

This role is ideal for a nurse who values adaptability and is committed to providing high-quality care when coverage is needed.

As an on-call LVN, you will step in to support the clinical team, ensure continuity of care, and uphold our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments


* Respond to staffing needs and fill shifts as required, including weekends and holidays


* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during assigned shifts


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical leadership


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license in good standing


* Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


* Reliable, responsive, and able to work on short notice
