Production Supervisor

Your Job

As a Production Supervisor in our electronics manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in driving daily execution, operational excellence, and team performance.

You will lead and develop a team of production associates and technicians, ensuring manufacturing output meets customer demand while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

This role requires visible, hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving capability, and a commitment to developing people while operating in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Our Team

You will be part of a production operations team responsible for assembling high-precision electronic components in a structured manufacturing environment.

The team supports high-mix production and works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure products are built right the first time.

Supervisors are empowered to make decisions, drive engagement on the floor, and directly influence safety, quality, delivery, and employee development outcomes.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead day-to-day production activities while developing a strong, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities include:


* Lead, engage, and support a team of hourly production employees and technicians on 2nd shift, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency


* Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the production floor


* Monitor production KPIs and daily performance metrics; adjust staffing, priorities, or workflows to meet targets without compromising quality or safety


* Ensure adherence to standard work, work instructions, and quality requirements


* Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to support skill development and engagement


* Address employee relations matters at the first-line level, including attendance, performance, and behavior


* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and implement process improvements


* Support root-cause analysis and corrective action activities related to safety, quality, or delivery issues


* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements


* Support training, onboarding, and cross-training of production employees


* Communicate production priorities, expectations, and performance updates clearly and consistently


* Support overtime, shift handoffs, and schedule changes as needed to meet business needs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* High school diploma or GED


* 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment


* 1+ year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role
