IT Leader - Cellulose

Your Job

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced primary IT leader for Cellulose with ownership & accountability to Cellulose outcomes enabled by technology both through the direct teams and other IT capability teams.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise ERP and other digital platforms supporting Georgia Pacific Cellulose and related businesses.

The position owns delivery, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the Infor M3 ecosystem and all other adjacent platforms spanning supply chain, logistics, finance, analytics, manufacturing and regulatory compliance.

The leader serves as a primary technology partner to the business, accountable for translating business strategy and regulatory obligations into scalable, reliable, and cost effective technology solutions.

The role balances hands on technical depth with people leadership, vendor management, and executive level decision support, applying PBM principles to drive long term value creation.

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our GP Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

It requires 3 days in office per week.

What You Will Do



* Own the end to end technical delivery and sustainment of the Infor M3 ERP landscape and all other digital platforms, including logistics (YMS/RMS, KBX Track), analytics (dEPM), integrations (MuleSoft/ION), and manufacturing/operations systems


* Build relationships and trust along with effectiveness in influencing partners (across business and technology) to advance and enable shared outcomes


* Provide architectural and technical oversight across development, integration, security, infrastructure, and application support Communicate effectively to business partners, IT Teams and leadership on status, risks and roadblocks, and aid team members to overcome obstacles


* Translate business needs, operational risks, and regulatory deadlines into clear delivery plans, trade off decisions, and investment recommendations Execute against a prioritized backlog to deliver highest value initiatives aligned with business objectives
